R E T U R N S  &  E X C H A N G E S

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us. If, however, you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact our staff to info@iyamayta.com.

Returns:

We only accept returns in case the item/s was faulty or in any other way that not match your order specifications in your purchase order. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind. If we accept the return request, the postage cost for returning the item to us will be refunded. 

1. Contact one of our Customer Service staff member within 7 working days.

2. Return the item in unused/as new condition together with the Receipt and all original tags/labels. Customers are responsible for safely packaging your returned item to ensure that we receive it in perfect condition.

3.  As soon we receive the return item/s, the refund will be credited into the original Credit Card as the original purchase, so please provide details of Credit Card for any refunds.

 

Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges in case the item/s was faulty or in any other way that not match your order specifications in your purchase order. Exchanges are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind. If we accept the exchange request, the postage cost for returning the item to us will be refunded.
